OUR LANCER FH PHILOSOPHY:
1) Do the MOST Good
2) Show the GREATEST Kindness
3) Be the BEST Teammate
EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
Sunday April, 2026
Hello EIMS ModFH Players & Families! We hope you all had a great vacation week. Modified FH Coaches Posella, Evans and Snyder have a good week of practices planned prior to the team’s first scrimmage at HOME on Friday.
UNIFORMS: Uniforms will be issued on Monday. Players are encouraged to take home the uniform they are given and try it on in privacy. Simply let the coaches know the next day if you need to switch out any of the uniform parts. We want all players to feel 100% comfortable in their FH uniforms!
WEATHER: The weather looks like it will be a mixed bag this week. Temps anywhere from the upper 30s to mid60s on various days. Currently, the team is scheduled to practice outdoors at EHS stadium turf Monday-Thursday in preparation for the scrimmage on Friday. In the unlikely event that anything changes with the practice location (e.g., the team moves back to indoors at Laurelton-Pardee one or two days this week): Coach Fischer will notify parents via text message; Coach Evans will notify players via the Microsoft TEAMS group; we will also request an afternoon announcement at the middle school. HOWEVER, your players should expect we will be outdoors at EHS all days. PLEASE make sure your player is prepared to DRESS FOR THE WEATHER: sweatshirt, sweatpants, hat, gloves, cold weather jacket, possibly a rain jacket.
MORE VALUABLE INFORMATION BELOW: Please read through all of the “QUICK VIEW OF THE MODFH WEEK AHEAD”
Thx, Coach Fischer

We Raised More Than $1,100!
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. As part of our Lancer Field Hockey Cares initiative, EHS JV field Hockey Coaches Posella and Evans took the lead in organizing a Lancer Field Hockey fundraiser to benefit The Willow Domestic Violence Center. Through online donations as well as selling donuts (donated by Donuts Delite) and having a gift basket raffle during our FH games on 10/16, the team succeeded in raising more than $1,100 to benefit Willow. Lancer Field Hockey is a long-time supporter of The Willow Domestic Violence Center, having raised well over $7,000 for the organization since 2014.
Thank you EHS FH players, families, coaches, as well as friends & alum of EHS FH, for supporting our community service efforts!!

FALL 2023: SECTION V (DIV 2) COACHING STAFF OF THE YEAR
Lancer Field Hockey Coaches Cooper and Fischer were honored to be named the Fall 2023 Section V Division II Coaching Staff of the Year by our fellow Section V field hockey coaches. It is a testament to the great improvement our very young varsity team made throughout the Fall 2023 season! (DID YOU KNOW? Coach Fischer was also named Section V Division II Coach of the Year in Fall 2016. That was another season of great improvement for our Lancers and also a season in which Coach Fischer coached BOTH the varsity and JV teams.)
