Your Simple At Home Stick Work Routine
PLEASE try to do the SIMPLE series of stick work drills presented in the video below at least three times per week. This simple series can be done at home. If you do these drills consistently throughout the off-season, you will be amazed at how much your stick work will be improved for the Fall season. Use whatever materials you have available at home to re-create the training spaces presented in the video. Your success will depend on your consistency in completing the routine at least three times per week. Contact Coach Fischer (Voice/Text 585-233-2105) if you need FH balls or a stick. If you do not have a rebound surface that can handle a FH ball, try using a tennis ball or wiffle ball with athletic tape wrapped around it. If you are determined to use a FH ball for rebounding, you can get an 8-foot board (like we use at school) at Home Depot or Lowe’s. You can also get a piece of turf or similar smooth flooring at these stores.
