Your Simple At Home Summer Goalie Drill
PLEASE try to do the SIMPLE goalkeeper drill presented in the video below at least three times per week. Do this simple drill at home with a helper who will toss tennis balls or wiffle balls at you. Try to do this drill with 6 or more balls. You will also need four markers that you can create using found materials at your house (e.g. milk jug, can of soup, roll of paper towels, water bottle, etc.). If you do this drill consistently throughout the off-season, you will be amazed at how much your eye/hand coordination, reaction time and footwork will be improved for the Fall season. Your success will depend on your consistency in completing the drill at least four times per week!
