  2. Equipment provided. You need a stick, goggles (optional), shin guards (mandatory) and a mouth guard (mandatory) to play field hockey. If needed, we can give you a mouth guard and you can borrow the rest.

  3. It is FUN! We keep the atmosphere low-key and friendly. We enjoy music while we play. High school Varsity Coach Cooper and Coach Fischer are in charge and officiate the “coached” games. Everyone learns and improves at their own pace.

  4. EIMS players - It is a great way to get ready for your spring EIMS modified FH season (which begins Mon 3/31)!

  5. High school players - It is a great way to improve your conditioning and stick work!
